Once the working drawings and all documentation are finalized, we proceed with lodging the building consent. This process involves regular contact with the council, which is all part of our service. It will assist you in avoiding common issues such as unnecessary delays in your consent journey, miscommunication, and unexpected build or title requirements.

If resource consent is required, we will prepare the plans and the Assessment of Environmental Effects (AEE). We will lodge and represent you throughout the consent process. We may advise you hire a Town Planner to prepare the AEE, depending on the scope of the consent. Other consultants, such as an arborist may be required depending on the project. We will advise you on this and any other matters.
